Everything was perfect. The staff was so friendly. Marios went out of
his way to make us feel comfortable. He helped us book ATVs and they
were delivered to us! The location is right in the middle of everything.
It is only a few blocks from the bus station, which is convenient. We
used the ATVs to visit most of the areas on the island, but we did take
the bus to the open air cinema in Kalmari (a must). The view is amazing!

The location was absolutely stunning as you would expect if you stay on the Calderra. Right in the heart of Thira. The room which was very clean was also gorgeous and quirky which was brilliant. The location is fantastic. The window is just facing the sea, and you can enjoy the breathtaking view of Aegean Sea, sunset, old port and panoramic view of Fira even in the room. Lava Suites & Lounge was the best hotel during my travel alone in
Greece. I love everything there.
Don't mention the location, amazing view you can see from the room and the terrace, the room facilities and decoration, the welcome wine and fruits.
All staff there are nice and very helpful, especially Rigas, he is really professional, arranged a every just perfect.
BTY, the breakfast was so delicious and healthy you might hard to find same level anywhere in Santorini.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights it is a family run business. The owners were very helpful and kept the place very clean. The breakfast was also good. Perfect view. You can see the harbor, the volcano and the island's outline. It's a very private hotel because it's not in the middle of a city: quiet and no crowds around the area.
The breakfast was not included (10€...), but we got a room with a kitchen, and we would cook our own breakfast and watch the gorgeous sights. There is also a LIDL supermarket very close if you need it.
We also got a car, and the hotel was in a convenient place in the island to visit every spot: Fira, Oia, Akrotiri, P
