The whole trip was just lovely and I wouldn't have changed a thing. My previously holiday-shy boyfriend loved everything about the holiday and especially the restaurant (Corinne Star) in the grounds of the hotel. It was the best of the restaurants we tried in both Kalamaki and Chania. The staff were very hard-working, warm and helpful. The beachside setting was beautiful, westward facing so you can enjoy the sunset while eating dinner at the poolside. Really hoping we can come back soon :)

Staff was friendly and helped us with any questions we had. Close to the bus station so convenient as we went to the Samaria gorge the next morning. We left at 7 am and so the staff made sure to have the breakfast ready for us. Really close to old town and the harbour (5 minutes walk). Not a luxury hotel but clean.

Short: Perfect! We've been in hotels in China, Thailand, Germany, Russia, Netherlands, France, Italy, etc. and always had a 3star or more, Renieris was the first 2 star Hotel we choose and it was amazing to find out the cleaniness, friendlyness, service was the best we've ever experienced! The hotel is new, bright, clean and the pool area beautiful with a view, grass and flowers. Lovely breakfast room with a view, and a good continental breakfast buffet. The staff were very friendly, and the whole atmosphere was superb. The manager told me the day of my arrival that everyone within the hotel was a big family, and it was true. I met people there that kept visiting the hotel for more than 10 years, and after staying there I understand why. I would truly recommend the hotel.

Best stuff we have ever seen! From the very first moment and during the whole week we haven´t seen so so nice stuff! Very helpful, kind and always smiling. Super!
The room was nice. We stayed in 1st floor and it had really nice outside terrace. Air conditioner was included in price but we actually even didn´t need it, because there was very good system to keep windows opened and same time keep your safety of the room.

VERY romantic rooms! Atmosphere in the rooms were definitely made with love and you can feel it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They are ready to fulfill all you wishes to make you happy. The apartment like a fairy tale :). Located in the city center. Original and interesting interior. Nice view of the harbor and the city of Chania.
Friendly staff waited for us. The bottle of wine upon arrival. The stairs were steep but not a problem for us :) Very nice stay, but short, we'll be back for sure. Thank you :)
