  Lovely pool area not spoilt by having too many other guests using it.we had the place to ourselves. Very near the airport so great base for the beginning or end if your trip. The owner, who grows all his own food, works hard in the place.   The staff is really wonderful, very friendly (with sinceres) & hospitality, they will be there if you need help. Very attentif from the beginning to the end of our stay. Small attentions from the staff and the patron. Thank you for making our trip memorible. The hotel is just next by the beach.   We stayed at Elaia Villas (Koroni) for a week in July 2013. It was one of the best stays we have ever had. First, the villas are brand new, beautiful and in great condition. The photos of the villas accurately depict the villas. Second, the location is excellent. Third, the service and attention by the owners rivaled those of luxury hotels. While, this is a private villa without staff, the owners - We travelled to Kefalonia with our family in June 2013 and were very impressed by the astonishingly beautiful house (the pictures do not promise too much!) The houseowners greeted us with a warm welcome and were very helpful with giving us advice on what to do and where to go on Kefalonia. The check-in ran perfectly.
