Room was spacious, yet cozy with all the comforts of home. As advertised, the hotel was situated directly on the Ku'Damm close to the U-Bahn station/bus route. Free public parking when available. Excellent breakfast with staff that catered to your wishes, i.e. eggs prepared to order. The hotel was so nice we wished we could have spent more time

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Informed me about a band that were playing that evening.
The spa area is amazing.
Lot's of saunas to choose from and a huge variety of relaxation rooms. I could have stayed there for hours!
There is also a good sized swimming pool which was great for an early morning swim.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just a 10 minute walk from the busy Ku'Dam area. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very helpful and curteous. Nothing was too much trouble for them, from ordering taxis to giving local advice. The breakfast is fantastic value for money - just make sure you are hungry! Dinner was also very good value

Staff was very good and helpful, check in and check out did not take ages, rooms & facilities were very clean (we loved the soap, shampoo and handsoap they had in the rooms, by the way), the first day of our staying, when we returned back to the room after a very long long day, we found two paper bags with an apple, a toblerone and juice/water!! How very thoughtful was that?? The staff was very polite and always willing to help!

The room was well-airconditioned, bathroom had an excellent shower (you know how often a lousy shower spoils it all), windows offered perfect sound protection from the street traffic... and the location was more than decent. The hotel was perfectly placed, just a couple of minutes from the s-bahn at Savignyplatz, a non-stop trip of about 35-40 mins from Schönefeld airport, and the u-bahn at Uhlandstrasse. Many, many restaurants within a 5 minute walk, and plenty of bars and cafes.
