  Room was spacious, yet cozy with all the comforts of home. As advertised, the hotel was situated directly on the Ku'Damm close to the U-Bahn station/bus route. Free public parking when available. Excellent breakfast with staff that catered to your wishes, i.e. eggs prepared to order.   The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Informed me about a band that were playing that evening. The spa area is amazing. Lot's of saunas to choose from and a huge variety of relaxation rooms. I could have stayed there for hours! There is also a good sized swimming pool which was great for an early morning swim.   Quick and easy check in and check out. I twice had the same guy (spanish name, Louis-Oscar or something) and he responded very attentive and professional. How very thoughtful was that?? The staff was very polite and always willing to help!
