Nellie, the receptionist was very freindly and helpful. She set out breakfast for our early departure. Hotel location is great with easy walk to Dom, Rathaus and many shops and restaurants. Rooms are nicely appointed and very comfortable -

do café da manhã - I highly recommend Hotel Benelux. The location is ideal because it is so close to the Dom square. Parking is available on site or right around the corner in a large parking garage. The rooms are very very clean and comfortable. Also, the staff is very friendly and breakfast is served to you at your table. Who could ask for more!

The room was spacious and the bathroom was large. Everything was clean and the cleaning staff were excellent. Breakfast was delicious and in an attractive room with nice table settings. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful. A big plus for us was being 2 blocks from the train station. Thank you for a wonderful stay at your hotel. -

excellent staff, very good location, elegant but also practical interior. Very good breakfast and I like that it was optional (and one could decide to have - and pay for it - breakfast every morning, after checking the time budget, which is unique!).
I decided to book already this hotel for the stay during the next year conference!

The owner picked us up from the train station and brought us to the apartment, showing us round before leaving which was a nice touch.
The apartment was perfect for a couple to share, everything was provided for (tea/coffee etc) as well as comfortable seating and beds. -
