The staff was wonderful in helping us make sure the room was booked and paid for before we arrived since there was no reception desk in the boarding house. Whether it was about the hotel or a location we were going to..Being from the USA, and out of the country for the first time, not knowing about Germany, or locations they always made sure we were confident by time we walked out side.
