  Bom restaurante, facilita as refeicoes quando o tempo esta ruim. - On the website it says check in is at 3pm but we arrived at 11:30am and they promptly checked us in. There was a mix up with our reservation, they couldn't find it, but it turned out that it had be put in the wrong pile of papers and after that things were great. Possibly the best breakfast we've seen in (many) hotel visits. Great staff, and perfectly located in Aachen.

  We went to see the Cathedral and the surrounding area. Very nice and walking distance from the hotel. The staff was friendly and allowed us to keep our luggages in a locked and secured room with tags on it. The room is small but we only stayed there to sleep. We were gone the whole day.
