The hotel was extremely clean, the room modern, quiet and the location only about 150 feet from the Hinterzarten train station. Christine, Jens and the Reppert family made you feel like part of their family. The breakfast was very good and the coffee excellent. There is a bakery, post office, bookstore and convenience store close to the hotel and a village of friendly people. I would highly recommend staying here. I surely will return again.
todos opiniões » We took 2 rooms on 2nd floor. The rooms were very clean. The kid’s room was divided into two rooms so it was quite big with lot of windows and a balcony. We had a very good stay for 5 nights. The host Christine was very warm and had great English, so we got a lot of tips and guidance. Breakfast and WiFi were very good. We also got train free train tickets so left the car one day and used it since the walk to the train station was only 2 min. This was my 2nd stay this year and I was remembered and warmly welcomed by Christine. Extremely clean, great breakfast and quiet. Never disappointing! Freiburg is only 30 minutes away if you like the night life and to see the amazing view from the Schlossberg. Hinterzarten is a friendly town and great base in the beautiful Black Forest. The hotel is located in a beautiful little town, with good restaurants, and a 5 minute drive from Titisee. Christine, the owner and manager, is very pleasant and professional, gives excellent service and has great recommendations on anything you need in the area. excellent location for visiting the Black Forest area of Germany and especially the superb lake Titisee. 5 mins walk to the town centre and train station giving free train pass to Freiberg (40 mins and Titisee (5mins) Hotel private. Hotel was very beautifully decorated in the style of the Black Forest. The personal attention was exemplary and the breakfast is a class by itself. The hotel is in walking distance from the trainstation. Delightful. Owner Christine speaks fluent English. Only a short walk from the station. The location is ideal to base yourself for a Black Forest holiday. We most certainly would stay here again. Christine is very knowledgeable and very friendly. The décor is good. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. the location is perfect. Very good experience. I suggest this hotel near to the train station and the shops. Very quiet. Very friendly hotel, near the station, nice breakfast,if noisy neighbours you can hear it. Very clean, nice and beautiful location. Owners are warm and very nice people. The hosts were fantastic, the rooms were spotless & the food delightful. delicious breakfast; friendly staff; location; silence. Very friendly atmosphere. That I had to leave!. The long flight home!. As there was no lift,the balcony rooms would not be easy access for the disabled.However the ground floor would just as comfortable.Although my wife and I were on the 2nd floor we were not put off at all by the stairs. Notice there are not that much open restaurants/caffe in Hinterzarten after 19:00, so bringing your own kettle will be a good idea. one can only pay in cash; there was a small misunderstanding regarding the rooms (we booked 3 rooms); relative small rooms.
