  The entire staff always had a smile and was willing to help us with any questions we had. Whether it was about the hotel or a location we were going to..Being from the USA, and out of the country for the first time, not knowing about Germany, or locations they always made sure we were confident by time we walked out side. Parking is available on site or right around the corner in a large parking garage. The rooms are very very clean and comfortable.
