The owners were very friendly and provided extensive explanations. This small hotel is totally charming. One of the owners is an interior designer for chalets, and this place could certainly be called a model. There is so much attention to detail, that one always discovers something new to look at. pool and jacuzzi. Easy walk to ski hire shop/town centre/slopes,
but would be difficult in ski boots. Food of higher quality than
expected. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect if you seek to escape from crowds. It was great value for money. (especially if compared with Chamonix and Argentieres). The cable car just oposite the hotel takes you to 1900 meters perfect for the untrained walkers, and perfect for those who seek easy panoramic walks with great views on the mont blanc range. Nice indoor pool. English speaking staff. A 10 min walk along the river takes you to the nearby farm/restaurant allowing you to leave the car parked all day.

to Geneva, Lausanne and Montreux from here as there was a ferry port
opposite the hotel. It was cheaper than the Swiss hotels around the lake
with similar location and comfort, so this hotel can be preferred for

We were in the middle of a house move so it was particularly important to have a good stay. I've already recommended the hotel to several of my friends and colleagues. - Very impressed with the service we received a phone call whilst en route asking if we would like a table for dinner and expected arrival time.
