The staff were happy to help at all times, they recommended excellent local restaurants and facilities. The room (duplex apartment) was perfect for two adults and three young children (not babies as the kids bedroom is on a mezzanine with steep stairs) the apartment was well equipped and nice and clean. Excellent big room with comfortable beds and soundproofing (we had a room overlooking what was a busy road in the morning). Good situation for all local facilties. Wi-Fi worked fine. Free parking always available. Clean, functional hotel. Cleaning staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff are all on board and enthusiastic. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The spa and pool is a treat after skiing. The location is not a problem because of the efficient shuttle service.

We was in hotel in summer. Own car is necessarily! The cottage is fairly cozy. The swimming pool (infant and adult) is very clean and fairly big. The staff is very friendly and hardworking. The apartment was well equipped, a short walk away from the centre, but near to a boulangerie that sold great bread and croissants. There was also a small supermarket nearby for emergencies.

The apartment is located on a narrow road, near to a main road and factory, but we did not hear any noise from either with the double glazing. -
On arrival we were met by a girl called Sylvia, who was very friendly & very helpful, even giving us her mobile number in case we needed to ask her anything or needed help!! The apartment was how it was described on letsbookhotel.com, it was comfortable and clean with everything we needed & a well equipped kitchen. It was in a quiet residence street about 5mins walk to the supermarket & maybe 10mins to the old town. We had a very enjoyable stay & would use the apartments again!!

We were there for 2 nights. We arrived in dark so it was a bit difficulty to locate the hotel and We missed the scenery around the Mont Blanc Tunnel. We were upgraded to their best 3 bedrooms unit with large balcony, very much appreciated. It is very spacious with fully size kitchen and lounge room.

Recently renovated 1930's property at a very good price for the quality. More space than typical of the popular resorts (eg Meribel Rabbit Hutches). Two seperate rooms plus usual small kitchenette and seperate shower and bath. Plenty of room for kit. About good Motel standard, Plenty of parking.

Perfect if you seek to escape from crowds. It was great value for money. (especially if compared with Chamonix and Argentieres). The cable car just oposite the hotel takes you to 1900 meters perfect for the untrained walkers, and perfect for those who seek easy panoramic walks with great views on the mont blanc range. Nice indoor pool. English speaking staff. A 10 min walk along the river takes you to the nearby farm/restaurant allowing you to leave the car parked all day.

A fine modern hotel that is a good value in a great, lovely, quiet town filled with wonderful old but very expensive 4 and 5 star hotels. Close to lake, good restaurants. - The place had an original, at-home atmosphere, and was comfortable, and clean. The staff were also very pleasant.

The Amara/Amena was in general a nice new complex and the service was good. Good parking under the complex. Good access to slopes. Restaurants in the area quite good but a bit expensive. Le Lodge served a very nice lunch duck skewer.

Atendimento - We liked the cleanliness of the rooms, the situation of the hotel which was close to the ski runs. They had ski storage rooms. Half covered parking space is helpful in winter. - the piste which leads you to the telecabine, is directly near the hotel. the staff is very friendly
