Staff helpful.Thanks in particular to Petra who researched and printed details of rail timetable for a day trip without which it would have been problematic.   The Ibis Hotel in Olomouc is very central. You take Trams 1, 2, 4 & 6 to Wolkerova. The Hotel is near a big public garden which is a delight to walk in. We were very lucky to have been there during the city festivals. We therefore had lovely rock music & choirs. Olomouc is a beautiful city. You must visit!
