  The staff were helpful, spoke good English and were knowledgeable about the city. The facilities were excellent; I think it may have been recently remodeled. They have washing machines for laundry, there is a very nice kitchen for preparing your own food and the cleaning service ladies were there every day. They also have a nice tv Lounge - A che... o que as pessoas dizem » ap but still clean place to stay when in town. Other locations are nicer, but they are very easy to reach when walking around town. Close to great bars and restaurants, including Moritz Pivovar and Drápal. Close to the fantastic park. Great view of the aveny Svobodý (no, I'm not being ironic).
