to stay in Cesky Krumlov. The owner didn't speak a lot of English,
but he spoke enough for us to get by, and he was so kind, hospitable,

The whole pension is very clean and safe. The lady owner of the pension is very friendly and definitely very generous with the breakfast. With just the 2 of us, the breakfast provided is good enough to feed a family of 4. The pension is just a few steps away from the castle. Along the street, there are a number of restaurants. Everything, from the outside it does not look that special, but appearances can be deceiving. Inside it is wonderful, really well planned with great touches. Lovely whirlpool bath and great fittings in the loo. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and the location is great for the city, as long as you don't mind a few steps (80) to the town. There is a slightly longer route without steps if required. However the city is wonderful and worth the short walk.

I had such a nice stay here-- fantastic balcony and terrace over the river, with a beautiful view of the quieter part of town. Perfect combination of being out of the more crowded areas, but still just a quick walk to everything. The room I had was huge, with a bathroom almost the same size as the room itself. I couldn't believe how incredible this room was for what I paid!
Giant, four-poster bed, clean linens, cute toiletries -- and even a hair-
dryer in the bathroom, which I wasn't expecting in such an older
building. Having a fridge in the room was great for keeping drinks
chilled and there's a small convenience store directly next door,
which was perfect for picking up snacks, etc.
The town itself is tiny so it would be hard to be anyplace that isn't very central, But this hotel is literally 2 m

The owner, Vincent, was there to help us check in and show us the
layout. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Nice beds and showers. The
breakfast was generous with great fruits and local pastries. And he has
on-site ample parking that was free. And best of all the location - it
is just outside the main entrance to the city. Helps to have a gps, but
it could not find the street number for some reason. I highly recommend
this hotel.
