Our trip was to help our son relocate to Victoria from Edmonton. It took a few days to move into an apartment so they switched him to a room with kitchenette; (even on-site washer/dryer) with everything he ciuld have needed and spotlessly clean. The decor looked new, possibly just well maintained. Staff very friendly, gave us the room for a good weekly rate, great location just 5 minutes drive from Downtown. Would definitely return to this hotel.

A handy feature is that the hotel includes boat tours at a discount for whale-watching and to the hot springs, which was advantageously priced for customers. The food was good and the bar staff were great and even made me a hot citrus drink at no charge when I exclaimed that I was unwell and unable to have an alcoholic beverage. We only stayed at this hotel for only a few hours (arrived late and had to take an early flight the next morning) for a flight connection. The only front staff that was working at that time was extremely friendly and helpful. The 5:30 AM continental breakfast and courtesy shuttle to the airport were much appreciated.

mobility issues. I assume letsbookhotel.com did not send this information to

First was the price - I am a disabled senior who must travel
frequently to Victoria to see my Doctors - I travel with my assistant,
which all adds to the cost. I live on a very fixed income. Without
asking, the front desk upgraded us to a kitchen unit, which was very
kind and appreciated. I also enjoy receiving the morning Times
Colonist. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with extra towels, if
