The location of the hotel is most desirable for travellers needing a transit stay in Toronto between flights. It operates a regular efficient airport shuttle service. The staff - reception, cleaning lady changed the batteries in the tv remote, the breakfast lady was always checking to see that food was available. Seems to enjoy their jobs and were helpful in every way.

We went with two families and the units were perfect for us to be together but still have our own space. I loved the fact that it had a kitchen which allowed us to bring all our own food, and make the vacation affordable. The room rates were also fantastic given how spacious the units are. -

Cordialidade e Honestidade do Atendentes do Hotel - O atendente quando chegamos na recepcao foi muito cortes, e nos deu boas dicas, porem foi um caso isolado, pois um outro atendente mais tarde nao nos foi prestativo, quando precisavamos imprimir uma folha da internet que eram nossas reservas do onibus de volta. I have been coming to Cranberry Resort since quite some time and really like the place. Like the fact that there is a salt water pool. Love the junior suites with the view of the lake. Staff is very friendly. The resort is clean and doesn't smell musty. Comfortable beds. I also like the rooms where you can open the window.
