It was a very nice stay. For a not big amount of money we payed we got a good service, a nice clean room. I can rate it as 4 stars Hotel by looking at interior but for the service I rate it as 5 stars. Pet friendly!!!! Very nice service of conserge. I had a very pleasant time to stay there!

This was a great hotel. I was upgraded to one of the deluxe suites when I arrived. The hotel is quiet, well appointed and the staff were very helpful. I was even able to get a late check-out. We walked everywhere from the hotel and found the staff very helpful when we asked for directions. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We didn't have breakfast there but it looked really good and there were lots of places around the hotel if you wanted something smaller.

The staff were very helpful. We stayed four nights with an overnight trip to Quebec City in the middle. They stored my large bag for the night. The hotel is very close to the train station and to a node shopping district. Great place to stay. -

The Front desk attendee was exceptionally nice and accomodating. I was on the 31st floor and never had to wait for an elevator. Everything was clean. The location is excellent. This is one of my go-to hotels in Montreal. - The location was excellent, the facilities, the room, the view.

I liked the helpful staff at the front desk. I liked the fact that the rooms were clean, and the bed comfortable. I really liked the fact that breakfast was included, and it was good. Great value for money, and I have already recommended it to someone. The next time I stay in Montreal, I will stay at Residence Inn Westmount. -

The view from the room was not the greatest, however, the location of the hotel was very central to downtown Montreal, and within walking distance to attractions and restaurants.

The staff were extrememly friendly and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants and the Bell Centre. There are cabs sitting out front waiting for fares. - The location is excellent, it is near the Shopping centre and subway station.
