I liked how every single staff memver had great customer service and made us feel very welcome, they kept the room very clean everyday, the breakfast buffet was very good and the kithen staff was great and joyful the potatoes were amazing and the location of the hotel and the hotel its self was very beautiful.

Arrived at the hotel after a 13 + hour flight from New Zealand. Was
given a friendly welcome upon arrival. We had the free wifi & keys
explained to us. Had a single room suite (room 908), room was nice and
tidy, beds firm and comfy, nice view. Fully equipped kitchen, which is
helpful if you are on a budget. On the tv there is a channel where you
can watch the laundry room live, which was odd at first, but made sense

was awesome. It's not cheap but worth every penny. Love the Le Labo

I particularly wanted the upper village. It's location gave easy access to the main lower village, approx 10 mins walk. Our outlook over the gardens and chairlift was amazing. -
The unit we stayed in was excellent. We enjoyed it much more than a previous unit. Ski in/ski out is great and the location is quiet.

Stunning Hotel in every way. The staff were outstanding, incredibly helpful, professional and courteous. The concierge knew us by sight and greeted us each time by our names - fantastic touch! It was a perfect location for us as we wanted to be in the heart of the shopping area.I stayed there about 25yrs ago and loved my stay so I wanted to take my daughter for her 17th birthday as that was a wish of hers.We both enjoyed our three day stay at the hotel. The service was excellent in the Yew Restaurant, our room was beautifully appointed.

I normally stay at Starwood Hotels, but for my first time at Four Seasons it was eccellente, the Staff, the rooms, the Yew Bar and Restaurant, etc. We enjoyed very much 3 days rest after 8 days Skiing.
We defenetly will recommend Four Seasons Hotel to everyone.
Vert Good Value for money.
