Liked the fact that one had either a patio or a balcony as we like to have the option of some fresh air.
Even though our room faced the bar, we were unable to hear any noise.

I loved sitting in the garden atrium reading, it is a beautiful and relaxing spot. My husband and i had been on our motorbike coming from Jasper, having the hot tub and pool was a god send to our sore aching bodies. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We would definitely stay with you again. The room rates were well below the price we would have paid to stay in such a beautiful hotel

Luxurious beds, terrific shower + a great breakfast in the morning. It was so clean, quiet and comfortable I didn't want to go home. As a bonus there are lots of handy amenities within easy walking distance (restaurants, grocery, bank, drugstore).

Great location,clean hotel, great out door pool. The staff were very friendly we dealt with Helen at the front desk. Helen helped us get an extra night over and above our 2 night stay. I would book this hotel again for next year except this time I would book sooner than later this time -

We enjoyed the quiet stay, the included breakfast, the comfortable, modern and spacious room. The large trees and brook that runs through the atrium were restful and appealing. The location is also central with lots of restaurants close by. The lounge and restaurant on location were also well priced.

The location is great for exploring Vancouver. It's a short walk to
Gastown, Chinatown, Canada Place and one block from Robson Street, with
its many varied cafes and stores. From the airport, you simply take the
Skytrain to Vancouver City Centre Station; it's a 10 minute walk to
the Sandman along Georgia Street. The tv channels included bbc World.

Staff were very helpful! I was travelling alone for the first time so felt really lonely and a bit scared, when I arrived at the hotel, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful! My room was cleaned daily and the cleaning staff again were very friendly, and were accommodating considering some days I didn't leave my room til 2pm! Would def stay there again! Close to the Main Street and within minutes of the sky train!!!

My accomodation was very roomy and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast had a nice variety with a bright eating area. For the price, it was great.
They are also dog friendly. -

The staffs are very friendly! There's a microwave in the room that we use for warming water. The location is around 7 mins by driving to the ferry port before so we can reach there easily before continue our traveling to Victoria by ferry. The price is good and it includes the Breakfast that's nice and warm atmosphere as well.

The staff were absolutely wonderful and so helpful. While travelling with our dog, I suffered a fractured ankle and ended up on crutches and in an air cast. Everyone from front desk, cleaning staff and breakfast service staff were very accommodating. Great service and such genuine offers to help from everyone.

The room was attractive and very clean and roomy. We had a balcony with a mountain view and a microwave/fridge kitchenette stocked with dishes. The whole family loved the waterslide. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for a hotel room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was good but there is no protein provided. We had brought a bag of pre-cooked bacon and would heat it in the microwave each morning. The hotel was great - not too fancy but clean and tidy - nice breakfast in the morning and kids had fun on the waterslide - the price was great and allows you to stay again - we will rebook for July! And passed booking information on to our friends and family to stay in July as well! Nice that it is pet freindly although we didnt bring ours it helps a lot of people travelling. The staff (Joan) was very helpful and friendly!
