  I can say that It is an authentic hotel fairmont network. The location (Lake Louise) is amazing. Very special place, a natural beauty unmatched. The room is prety good, with king superconfortavel bed. The hotel staff are super attentive, impeccable service. The food is very good, with great variety.   The hotel staff were very friendly and provided a lot of information on the resort upon check-in. The two bedroom sweet was ideal for us and was extremely clean and the kitchen was equipted with all the essential appliances and accessories to cook just about any meal.   Great place for family, facilities make kids happy and parents are allowed to have some rest. Lots of families are staying in this quiet place. On the 2nd floor we had a better view on the mountains unlike the first stay on the 1rst.
