Everything is good! The staff is perfect, very kind and very helpful. The hotel is super great, very clean, the rooms are super spacious and beautiful, and we booked for a simple standard room, and when we arrived, we were upgraded to Queen Room ! The hotel is very nice and well located! People working there is very
nice. You have to ask for new rooms. When we got there they gave us the
key of an old one and it was awfull. No fridge, old tv'S... So we
asked for an upgrade. Then the room was much nicer, but we had to pay
extra money fot that. It looks like 2 different hotels, you have to ask
for the new part.

The rooms where bright, clean, & very quite. The bed/pullout sofa were very comfortable. I booked a suite with pull out sofa & 1 queen bed. Five of us stayed in a two-bedroomed suite, overnighting between landing at the airport and picking up a motorhome. This was the best hotel experience of our Canadian holiday; not the swankiest, not the best located, not the most elegant, but by far the most hospitable. Early check-in? No problem. Free cookies and drinks in the foyer. Free popcorn in the suite. Excellent free simple early supper with good home-made soup and DIY subs. Mini-tennis court. Good clean rooms, beds and lime. The outside hot tub, the kids loved it after a long day of travelling. The quiet in the room. When the window was closed we didn't hear the trains at all. The front desk man was easy to deal with when our key wouldn't work for the pool door. -

The room was well laid out for my purposes. I also liked the fact that the heat/air unit was on the quiet side, a nice change from other facilities that I've stayed at.

Awesome staff, very friendly and accommodating. The fellow from the
restaurant informed us that he wasn't open for business for another
hour and a half, but when he noticed how hungry we were, he took pity on
us and served a wonderful pizza. -

Our stay was very pleasant. The staff were very accomodating, friendly, helpful and courteous at all times. The facility was neat and tidy always and very clean. The rooms are very well kept and the fridge, microwave and coffee pot are always super to have. I would definitely tell our friends to stay at your hotel rather than anywhere else. -

Our family enjoyed the hotel experience. We were only 20 min. drive from W.E. Mall (a very scenic drive). Buffet breakfast was good (included) and the staff were friendly and helpful. You would be a fool to stay anywhere else and pay more money.

We stayed in the new addition - the beds were very comfortable; the room layout was excellent - having the fridge and microwave separated by a wall with a window that let natural light into a corner that otherwise could have been very dark; glassware and pottery mugs were provided instead of plastic; the breakfast provided was better than expected - not just day old muffins and apples; the wait staff in the restaurant were very friendly.

Should somehow inform us when they have sport teams using rooms...they
should put them all on first floor and in one area...running, yelling in
the halls and they were not monitored in the pool area...and it was a
nightmare!! I had to tell quite a few of them to stop doing things due
to amount of young children around! The pool should be monitored when
they have sport teams

Loved the setting within the mountains.
Great Skiing. great resturants, spent alot of time in Woody's Taphouse to avoid all the children. we will definitly stay again just not on a long weekend to avoid so many children. -

Convenient location, comfortable room, quiet, pleasant and helpful front desk staff. The hotel met my needs as I stayed only briefly. If I was planning to stay longer or had small children with me, I would have wanted to have a car, as the hotel is situated in a high traffic, fairly remote location for a pedestrian/bus rider. -
