The place is somewhat isolated but you really appreciate the peacefulness of nature and countryside, it's really a break from noisy cities.   The beautiful countryside location was just outside Picton. The facility looks new and the room we had was very spacious. We were able to walk to the British style Pub and restaurant where the atmosphere and the food was fantastic. The service was excellent.   My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Le Vie a La Campagne. Lenny, Keri and his family were such warm and thoughtful hosts, it made our stay effortless. The space was completely private allowing us to do our own thing, fostering our quiet exploration of the county and all it had to offer. Great value and would definitely recommend staying at “Le Vie” to others. Cannot stress - Extremely well equipped self contained apartment. One bedroom and pull out couch sleeps two "independent" adults comfortably. Fresh eggs supplied by owner along with some produce, snacks and a wealth of brochures and advice.

  I really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff. I liked the peacefulness and nature atomospher of the resort. Love the fact that it offers many water activities on site such as canoeing, kayaking etc. close distance to sandbanks beach, offers many sports. Made the most of my stay and had wonder - We liked the resort location, and enjoyed a great meal in the Veranda in the restaurant, and breakfast in the dining room the next morning. We had hoped to be out on the patio, but the weather was a bit too cool. We did enjoy the lake view from our table, and a wonderful evening sunset. Thank you. Lois and Bob Reichard
