  The front desk and concierge staff were outstanding. We had a problem with the air conditioning. Someone came to look at it and said it was working fully but that the room was not cooling. They gave us keys to another room and said we could have whichever room was the most comfortable. The beds and pillows are the best. - The bed was comfortable... o que as pessoas dizem » . The rooms have wood floors rather than dirty carpet, I guess that's the main reason I love this hotel. The wall paper design is catchy and with large nature pic.
