  when we arrived we were given key cards for our room but when we went to room it hadn't been cleaned yet. 2 rooms down there was a young gal from housekeeping that was cleaning that room and she advised us that our room had not been cleaned yet. she took our key cards and went down to the front desk for us and came back with keys for another roo... o que as pessoas dizem » m which actually was an upgrade from the one we had. She was very friendly and helped us out by doing this which was above and beyond her duties. we - Location was perfect. Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean. Quiet. Hot breakfast was ideal. Shuttle supplied by the hotel worked out great and on schedule. Friendly driver. Overall very good experience.

  We were celebrating a milestone birthday for my sister, and I call the hotel to make arrangements for cake and balloons in the room to surprise her when we arrived, they also provided a bottle of wine complementary.   The staff was the best part of our overnight stay. There was a issue in the middle of the night by one of the other guests and the staff handled the situation perfectily. The rooms were clean and the beds were very confortable to sleep in. - I loved that we recieved a phone call right after going to our room to see if everything was to our sati... o que as pessoas dizem » sfaction. The continental breakfast had everything anyone could want. I would definitely stay here again.

  The best thing about our stay was the friendliness of the staff, they made our stay very comfortable. It was also economical for us as we planned on going to Canada's Wonderland so the luxurious feeling of the hotel made us feel that we were staying in a higher class hotel and was very affordable! And the adults were able to drive to Casino Rama ... o que as pessoas dizem » and enjoy ourselves for a couple of hours. Our children very much enjoyed the use of the pool, besides Canada's Wonderland they would have preferred t - Not sure we're a young couple or mature couple! Everything was great and the staff was friendly. I thought the cost was kind of high for the area and location but no complaints really! Enjoyable stay! Food at Grape and Olive was very good.

  Had a wonderful experience. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Jacuzzi tub was amazing and the firplace for a cold winter night. We were upgraded to a deluxe suite which was large and very comfortable and a nice surprise. Loved the bed, pillow and duvet. I am a light sleeper and don't usually sleep well. No outside noise at all and slept l - We really enjoyed our weekend at the Stone Gate Inn. Our suite was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning and the numerous choices. My granddaughter loved, loved the pool. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant, courteous and helpful. We will definitely stay there again. I would highly recommend this hotel to others visiting Orillia. Diane, Gatineau, Quebec

  Creighton Manor Inn B&B was even more than the reviews we had read indicated before we booked. The location was beautiful over looking the lake from the porch. The accommodations were relaxing and wonderfully decorated. The hosts Doug and Levada were welcoming, friendly, helpful, gracious and looked after the little 'details'. We would stay here again in a heart beat and it has set a very high standard for other B&B's that we may lo - Fantastic bed & breakfast. Host & Hostess were extremely friendly and helpful. Hostess was a very funny person and make us feel very at home as did her husband. Whole house was immaculate and our room also. Very comfortable and cozy. Soft drinks, water and home-made bakery items were always available. Breakfasts were the best I ever had and looked as good as they tasted. Had a great time and would definitely go back and also recommend it to others. (Mother & daughter)
