  The staff were exceptionally accommodating. I never experienced that before. I was in a desperate need for sleep my check-in wasn't until 4pm and I was there at 6am. They found me an available room at a higher room rate but gave me the same rate I had booked at. I was participating in the Ironman Mont-Tremblant 70.3 and they gave all the athletes ... o que as pessoas dizem » a late check-out of 2pm. I checked out past 3pm and not a word was said by them. I am booked there for the Ironman in August! - The hotel is first class - all that you need at your fingertips. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Room included all that is required, such as bathrobes, toiletries, great coffee, wine glasses etc. What made our stay at this hotel memorable was the staff -they were amazing!

  Este é um hotel que faz valer a pena toda uma viagem! Ambiente confortável, romântico e de muito bom gosto. Nosso quarto era incrível, com uma bela vista do lago (e vários cervos!). Fomos muito bem atendidos pela simpática Stephanie e demais funcionários. Também fomos ao restaurante do hotel, maravilhoso! - Can't say enough good things about this... o que as pessoas dizem » hotel. It's unlike any other hotel. The attentative staff; private setting; beautifully appointed suites; wonderful restaurant; lake view; and only steps from Tremblant village. This hotel is a true gem! - Everything about this resort was fantastic except for the Restaraunt, the food was way over priced, there were neigbouring restaraunts nearby that were so much better without the exorbedent price tag!
