It was handy to the airport, which I appreciated most. My flight had
been cancelled, so I needed something close to Pearson. The shuttle
service was great, the front staff were helpful, and overall, the room
was quite comfortable. This is a very easy hotel to stay at. -

Full kitchen in the room for 'regular room' price. Very clean, very large, very comfortable. Bed is amazing for a hotel matress. I stay in 20+ hotels a year and this has been a really great surprise. Complimentary evening meals some weeknights and breakfast every day. -

Free shuttle bus to and from the airport every 30 min or so. The convenience store next to the reception comes in very handy since there's nothing around you for late night snacks or water. -
The waitress at the restaurant was smart, understood what I might be interested in, made suggestions and was knowledgeable about their food options.

Very modern, had a TV screen info area for weather, interactive maps, business centre, wi-fi in the room, lots of different areas downstairs for talking, using your laptop, eating, meeting people. I was very satisfied with my stay, staff are very courteous and efficient, I was very comfortable and slept well, my floor was quiet and my bed was comfortable. The temperature in the room was perfect. Breakfast was excellent.

I liked the fact that the hotel was very near Pearson Intl Airport. I was able to park my car at the hotel while I was out of town on business and there was a shuttle that took me to the airport, but most of all, when I returned from my flight the shuttle picked me up in less than 10 minutes. The room was very comfortable, and loved the jaccuzi after a long travel time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When they found out we had a long waiting time, they offered us our room for an extra 2 hrs., which was very much appreciated. My wife and I stayed here before a two-week trip of ours, and chose it due to its a) proximity of the hotel to the airport, and b) the outdoor pool. It was raining so we didn't use the pool, but got to use the free shuttle which was great (and leaves every twenty minutes to every terminal).
The hotel was great, comfy, and had a delicious well priced room service breakfast. Great place and would definitely stay again! And well priced too.
