We enjoyed the fact that we overlooked the Perce rock and the sunrise was spectacular as the hotel is on a hill. The young lady who checked us in, was extremely helpful and went out of her way to give us suggestions on where to eat and how to get smoked fish from the local fumoir! -

The owner was very friendly and we enjoyed sitting on the small deck looking at the river (and a corner of the famous rock). The continental breakfast was really nice with fresh jams and good coffee.

The rooms were small, but very clean and just what we needed for our one night.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the location was great. The breakfast that was included with the room was much better than you'd get with a chain hotel. It was the same as I read in the review clean calm and at the second floor has the sea and pierced rock view. Don't forget to take a tour of iles Bonaventure to see the nature and colonie of Feu de bassan (sea bird) and foks. The staff of hotel were kind.
