Very friendly staff at check-in and very organized. This was my second stay at the Intercontinental, the first time I stayed in the penthouse suite at the top for a wedding. The hotel is spotlessly clean and staff are very helpful, especially Todd from the Intercontinental Club.
I highly recommend the Club for its excellent business facilities and the tasty snacks. The room was overlooking the CN tower, the bed was very comfortable and the selection of pillows was excellent. The swimming pool and the spa are very nice.

I loved everything about the hotel; the decor in the public areas was nice, and the rooms were just gorgeous, with big bathroom, lovely walk-in shower; bed was really comfortable, there was plenty of desk space; the internet was faast and free; and breakfast was veyr good too. I love loved the location! Its within walking distance to Dundas Square (about 15 mins). There is also a train stay about 2 min walk from the hotel. There are also numerous train cars. There are also jazz shows on most nights. Its a great place to stay. There's also a free breakfast of toast and tea or coffee.

Wonderful Staffs.1) Paul & Putnee (conciergiges) both waited until 2:00 AM when our plane was delayed for many hours due to the mechanical reason. They wanted to explain the ways to operate the room controls and the wifi.

I stayed at this hotel with a group of friends this past weekend. I could not believe the facilities at the value of this hotel. I have stayed in many major hotels all around toronto, this one blew them out of the water. You are close to a lot of restaurants and the location is right downtown. This place is more stunning than the pictures had depicted it to be and I would refer it to anyone.
