I meant to write 'enjoyed' last time. The staff are wonderful,
and the prices in the bar are fair (one time I had 2 guests, and we had
2 coffees, a dessert and a hot chocolate, and the bill was only
cad$13.00! And the apples at the front desk are very welcome. -

From the moment we arrived at the check in desk until the time we
checked out, we were treated like royalty. I cannot say enough good
things about all the staff. They were professional, friendly, efficient
and helpful. Their goal (and they succeeded) was to make our stay as
enjoyable as possible. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

The location was good and overall the hotel was very nice. Downside is there is a fee to use internet in the room and valet parking is expensive but you can self park for less. Bed was comfortable and we had a good dinner in the dining room. They do offer free internet in the lobby with 3 computers to use. -

I had booked a room w/only a queen bed thinking it would have 2 double beds. We had 4 people in total. They upgraded us to a suite at no extra charge! Impressive effort and service!

I travel a lot, and the staff at this hotel was the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered. They went above and beyond, even just with their courteousness for basic requests, like a wake up call. They made a very regular stay, very enjoyable. -

I contacted them in advance to arrange for a birthday cake to be delivered to our room as a surprise. I treated myself to a mini staycation to a spa treatment at the Sweetgrass Spa (just next to Ivy) and had a wonderful refreshing body treatment. Then checked in the Ivy for a comfy quiet stay. It's wonderful to the mind and soul. The room was perfect, the bed was super comfy. Will definitely go back for another treat. -
