  Staff was very helpful and we received restaurant coupons on top of the breakfast the hotel had to offer. It was very clean and the rooms had everything from tv to kitchen with full sized stove and fridge. It was cheaper booking it through letsbookhotel.com then paying at the front desk or online. Breakfast good; v relaxed and jolly atmosphere.

  They had great food for kids & myself, the room was fantastic, very clean & comfortable as well, pricing was reasonable for everything. Kids loved the pool & I was able to just stay in the room to relax the staff watched the kids on video camera until they got out. Beautiful view from our room. - Keith was the night manager who greeted me as I entered the lobby and was very friendly and helpful! This time I was delighted to find that they had even made it nicer by having updated the linens, mattress and light fixtures, plus the walls were freshly painted and the bathroom seemed nicer than last time! The room was clean, very well kept, the beds were very comfortable and the room was well designed to meet our needs. When I booked, we asked for an upper floor room and we got it. Anything we asked for we got and - this place was a gem in an otherwise uninspiring town. the staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us a room with a view. Although it was a fair way from the centre of town, we saw this as an advantage as it had a great outlook over the surrounding hills and there was a shopping centre nearby. The Chinese restaurant next door served a wonderful meal.

  This small Inn offered everything one needs for a comfortable overnight stay. It was very clean, quiet,had a great bed and free Wi-fi. We were only staying over the one night and arrived late but were treated so well. Because we have a need to be in Kamloops occasionally we will now only use this for our stay.
