Price was very good, room was immaculate clean, suite was quiet. No traffic noise, sounds from other suites minimal. Bed was super-comfortable. Did not use the in-room coffee, but free coffee, juice, fruit and muffins available in the office in the morning. Staff very friendly. -

Best price in town with clean & newly renovated Room with 32" inch LED Tv Flat Screen,location is close to city centre ,Riverside park ,Grey Hound Bus and restaurants. Also 5 min walk to Thompson River University which is great. The hotel staff was very friendly. We were very happy with our stay.We would stay here again. :) -

Outstanding renovation of an historic downtown hotel. It is well located in downtown Kamloops, with a very nice patio restaurant and bar. Rooms small but comfortable and well appointed. Charming lobby and lovely artwork featuring local painters. Short walk to the Riverside Park. Shopping and summer Farmer's Market steps from the front door. Staff extremely helpful and welcomingl. Would certainly stay there again.

Very clean comfortable, large room with microwave, fridge, sink and even had a full sized cooker. Staff very helpful and pleasant at check-in. Complimentary breakfast. Staff was very helpful and we received restaurant coupons on top of the breakfast the hotel had to offer. It was very clean and the rooms had everything from tv to kitchen with full sized stove and fridge.

Kamloops was MUCH nicer than we'd thought - for us it was just a stopover on way to Rockies, but actually it is a very pleasant little town with a lovely riverside. The couple running the Inn were really friendly and helpful. And our room had a bathtub as well as a shower, which you don't always get - much appreciated. Breakfast good; v relaxed and jolly atmosphere.
