Some enjoy views of the mountains or sea. The en suite bathroom has a bathtub and free toiletries. Spring Valley Resort is 2 km from Kep Beach and a 5-minute drive from the Public Bus Station. Phnom Penh International Airport is 135 km away. Guests can relax with a massage, or make use of free Wi-Fi at the business centre. The resort also has a tour desk, bicycle rentals and a children's playground. The on-site restaurant serves a daily breakfast, as well as Cambodian and Western dishes. Wine and cocktails can be enjoyed at the bar. In-room dining is possible with room service.

The structure of the hotel made of different bulidings among the trees from some of which they obtain there own friut and vegatable products. Even though most of the staff speak very little English the hotel has a policy of using and training local people from the surrounding countryside. They explain this on a card in your room and ask for patience and comprehension with which you will Always recieve service with a smile. We had no problems with them and the one lady who did speak good Englis.

We enjoyed getting away from the big cities and were able to relax for the days we were there. Also thanks to to our Tuk Tuk driver connected to the hotel for his great english and suggested itineries (sorry cannot remember his name). Tranquility of the setting. Friendliness of the personnel as well as from the manager. Nice bungalow amidst beautiful garden. Fine swimming pool (during two days we could experience being alone almost for the whole day!). Extermely relaxing stay. Great for honeymooners (although we are not). Loved the location. Very pretty nature. Staff was helpful but due to spring valleys work with hand-to-hand project maby not the best in English but that's not a problem. Breakfast simple but great. Lovely bread and the homemade pineapple marmalade is a one of the best I ever had. I loved our hosts Davido and Cinzia.They were impeccable at making us feel comfortable and we were so well attended to. The staff was lovely and the food very good.The surrounding gardens were beautiful.A quiet,lovely place to just be. We will be back next year. The setting is beautiful, lovely gardens and pool. Wonderful view over the gardens to the sea and in general a wonderfully relaxing place to be. Also the staff are great - can't do enough for you. Luscious garden, large room at 3rd floor with great view (and a gentle breeze). Nice staff and a good breakfast. Only 300 meters from bus stop and beach. very nice resort in the middle of a green region. Resort full with flowers. Cool swimmingpool. I felt that I was there alone, so quiet. Good wifi, good breakfast, friendly staff, nice pool with towels and fresh water provided. Extremally friendly owners and staff, good breakfast, nice hotel's territory. The management, location, gardens, pool, staff, bar and restaurant/food. The Staff were all very friendly and the room, swimming pool, and the garden were great. Leaving!. Nothing we could complain about. Maybe the only negative point was the bathroom (no bath tub). We stayed in one of the cheapest room (superior type). Maybe therefore. Since our experience was terrific it is hard pressed to find any fault.Perhaps parents can learn to tell their children to not scream in the pool area especially since it has a sign stating keep your voice's low. A nice addition would be an in room coffee pot and a mini bar/refrigerator. Sadly the rooms (I was in what they refer to as D Block, top floor) are not up to the rest of the resort. They are acceptable, just stop the whole experience being exceptional. However, I would still recommend a stay here. Only a few small points: no safe in the room, bath room bit outdated (but great plans to invest in the property; looking forward to come back). A bit confusing when wandering around on the premises. Signs could do the job.... Pittyno frig in the rooms. the reason that I have marked the staff down was that though very friendly I felt that their training could have been better. For example at breakfast there were 3 or 4 in attendance but they seemed shy and reserved and just stood there instead of helping the clients (usually no more than 2 or 4 there at a time) with getting coffee's tea etc. this is not to say that I like to be waited on hand and foot but I do like some service.
