We moved here last minute and had a fantastic 2 nights stay. The garden it so beautiful and we always eating here for lunch and dinner, very good food and staff. The manager is a fantastic individule and makes sure his staff looking after you. We a bit concerned at the first time arrived it might be like pagoda . But it's a very peaceful location and has everything you could need. All guests are respectful and we had very quiet nights listening to the geckos(the gaint ones are amazing), here ag.

The staff very helpful and so friendly, the room it was big and have a nice shower and bathtub it was great for us. The restaurant also peaceful that why we ate there all the time. I mean the services there very very great especially the Manger he had greets us all the way we check out. Thanks to all the staff at The Sanctuary Villa I'm will be back in the next 6 months later. The hotel and service was first rate with friendly and knowledgable staff. The gardens were wonderful as was all aspects of The Sanctuary. The hotel arranged all of our transport including a very good taxi to Pailin border and an exceptionally good Tuk Tuk driver called Bora: his local knowledge and outstanding friendliness was a pleasure! Thank you to all in The Sanctuary, Battambang, Cambodia for an outstanding stay!. My family of 4 we have stay at The Sanctuary Villa for two nights, we have a great vocation and enjoyed our stay. The room it very good two double bed it really could accommodate our family, and the food at the hotel was fantastic and reasonable price but not for Asian people. Thanks for the staff they are very friendly and helpful so have everything you need as the transportation. The setting really felt like a sanctuary, a good place to relax, peaceful. My girl friend and I just coming to stay for two night in Battambong. We were very enjoy during our stay so however the food at the restaurant all the best. We are highly recommended. A beautiful small hotel set within a carefully tended garden. Everything tasteful but not precious. lovely, quiet setting near downtown excellent suggestions from staff regarding restaurants and sites. Warm hearted employee and comfortable room. Beautiful environment give u privacy nd relax. The room, which is a bungalow, is reasonable, but no more. N/A. Almost no drawbacks. It is 15 mins walk from the centre of town but this gives the quiet location. There was a mix up with the booking and so we could only stay one night instead of the two we had booked. They did transfer us to a different hotel in town that was also lovely. This happened to another couple also; I recommend emailing the villa directly to confirm your booking. The hotel gives the impression of luxury, as it's composed of individual bungalows, but the facilities are poor, the restaurant closes at 8 in the evening, no room service or any food available after that. Getting a tuk tuk to go to a shop is difficult and can take half an hour or more, the staff are friendly but of no real help. Very very disappointing and not worth half of the price they charge. The small pool may be clean but looks horrible.
