We spent the last 3 nights in this hotel and we always had a good sleep and felt save as well. The location is good and we also had a very nice and clean room! We left some tip on our bed and the cleaning ladys did not even take it!!! Couldn't believe that...;) The staff always had a warm welcome for us and also arranged us a great tuktuk driver for the next two days(Sam: 012652976). When we checked out, they had a small christmas present and scarfs ready for us! We would definitely stay there.

Short walk to river, good information and easy access to sight- seeing. Swimming pool available close by for small price. Very friendly staff that took care of us.with all our needs. Good comfortable room. If you like a good breakfast then book the option of including breakfast. It is well worth the few minutes walk to their sister hotel as it was superb. I stayed there six days in douple room. Good value for money. Clean big rooms. Friendly staff but english not so good.They pick me up from the boat pier even I didn't ask that. Wifi worked well. Television ok. Breakfast meny ok. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Arranged trips and transport quickly and efficiently - also well priced. Tuk tuk driver was brilliant - spoke good English and nothing was too much trouble for him. Very good location right in the heart of Battanbang. Nice hotel, very good value for money, cleaned and within a walking distance from most of the restaurants. Excellent budget hotel in the center of Battambang. Clean and big rooms. Room was ok and clean. The wifi was free but not always very good! Sometimes a bit annoying when the website didn't load...;). Breakfast option at Delux Villa near by was not great, suggest trying other options in easy walking distance. Rather dark and untidy reception area. But don't be put off as the rooms are tidy and clean. Gredit Card connection didn't work in the morning when I left there so I had to pay by cash. Water pressure at the shower was little poor. Room had no wardrobe, drawers or anywhere to put clothes away. Nothing at all. Would earnestly recommend this for a quality, value stay. Go for it!!. Nothing to dislike. Staff was OK but not overly friendly. Breakfast in the lux villa nothing special You have to pay for use of the pool The staff at the reception are very bad. Especialy one of the managers who I think was the son of the big boss is very rude. The staff there is not so friendly and responsive to your questions and requests. No hair-dryer.
