  Great room, comfortable bed and excellent facilities. Double bath!! Parking was conveniently situated. Breakfast was spent talking to other guests, very pleasant. We found it easy to walk around and quickly found the way to the Grand Place. Very friendly staff, vibrant area with lots of bars and restaurants but once inside, an Oasis of calm.   The employees and the owner are exceptionally nice people. My wife and I sat at the little wine bar one evening and had several glasses of wine and a nice conversation with the owner. Breakfast food is good and the coffee is great. The rooms are very comfortable, the linens are nice and the rooms are spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. There was antique furniture in the place and modern fixtures. Interesting and charming. Breakfast was good and the host was very talkative and friendly. Easy access to the Grand Place, Mannequin Pis and all the shopping.

The B&B is very clean & serves a very nice continental breakfast. It was a great location and only a short distance to the Grand Place! When we were leaving in the morning Guiseppe gave us a bag of fresh croissants for the drive tothe Netherlands and I thought that was such a nice thing to do! I would stay here again if I ever returned!

  The owner was very nice and helpful at my arrival gave me some metro maps and information about the city. I was impressed with the decor of the loft very minimal but modern and comfortable! The linen in the room smelled great and the whole loft was kindly put available to me! Room I was in (India Room) was basically an efficiency apartment with fully equipped kitchen and dining table. As it is a B&B, there is not daily room make up. You make your own bed. Free WiFi. Breakfast is continental with pastries, bread, yogurt, cheese, fresh fruit, coffee and juice.

  We absolutely loved the room. Nicely decorated, own kitchenette with cookware, and stylish. It was spotlessly clean. The bed was also really comfortable. Tap water in the room was really tasty, as it is considered one of the best tap waters in Europe. WE also had a little fridge in the room, which was really useful and unexpected. We enjoyed a Nespresso coffee, with freshly squeezed orange juice, some organic bread, butter and selection of jams and spreads, and boiled e - The lovely house with its cute kitchen and yard and Karen's warm welcome. She made me a cup of tea when she saw that I had just arrived from a long tiresome flight. She speaks fluent English, Spanish, French and Belgian of course and makes you feel like you've known her for years. She also prepared a delicious pot of strawberry jam for breakfast which she prepared herself the day before.
