  Had an outstanding time from the moment I walked through the doors! Staff were excellent and really friendly, and we received a complementary bottle of champagne for my partners birthday :) The room was one of the nicest I've stayed in, and everything was of high quality! :) T2 tea yum!!   I had the unfortunate situation of having a migraine headache on the morning we were leaving but had several hours to pass before making our way to our cruise ship. My fellow travellers went for a walk whilst I sat in the reception area. The manager after asking me if I had been "left behind" I explained my problem, she very kindly took me to a ve... o que as pessoas dizem » ry quiet lounge room where I could relax & wait for my companions return before going straight to the ship. This lady's kindness was above and bey - Craig, the manager, was a treat and very helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of terrific views of the Opera House and Harry's Cafe de Wheels. They have a handout that provides lots of tips about how to get around Sydney and things to do while in town. It was our first trip to Sydney and we only could stay one day before heading to Tonga, but we will return someday for a longer stay and would definitely consider staying at Mariners Court again.

The staff were so friendly and helpful and our whole experience was just wonderful - we actually enjoyed our room more than the Pink concert we came down to see!!   Everything! I booked a studio apartment with harbour view, and asked for a room on a higher level, if possible on a corner (for maximum views). Not only did they grant both requests, but I was upgraded to a one-bedroom apartment. Obviously the views were amazing! The staff were very nice and went out of their way to be helpful. I cant wait for a - I had visitors from the UK and wanted to show them Sydney. They (and us) were blown away by the views of the harbour, bridge and opera house. Away from the noise of the city, but with the stop almost at the door, we were only a ferry ride from everywhere. The apartments were clean and very comfortable and staff were very helpful. I have nothing negative to say about the place.

  We liked the fact that the staff permitted us to use the shower and store our belongings prior to check in. We had arrived in Sydney from Darwin at 6am and could not check in until 2pm that day so we really appreciated the shower to freshen up. The shared bathroom worked just fine, after all, nobody goes on a trip to stay closed in a bathroom do they?
