  It was sheer pleasure to stay at Quay West! The Staff were friendly, efficient and attentive and bent over backwards to be helpful. I ordered Room Service breakfast which was delivered hot and on time and it was everything and more than I expected.   It's just off the Kings Cross wasn't noisy at all. Downstairs in both sides super cute n very friendly little coffee shops with excellent service n superb breakfast. Hotel it self was smaller so not overcrowded clean nice decor with small kitchen n basic provided. Staff in reception very helpful always polite. I have stayed there three times this year and plan to stay there again in the New Year and have recommended to my friends travelling with me in March.
