  Cosy, quiet, comfortable,very clean guest house. Friendly atmosphere once you meet the people who are staying as well. Breakfast is very good and plenty of variety.   The room is compact but very cosy,comfortable and has everything you need. Especially liked the unit with the fridge that had a drawer with crockery and cutlery so you can enjoy some cheese in the evening with your wine.   The manager/owner was very accommodating - he came out to the property early for us after we arrived in town earlier than expected. He also delivered a high chair to the room free of charge. The room opened up onto the pool which was terrific. The price was also significantly less than booking direct with Broadwater.
