  The staff were friendly and efficicient . The resort was clean and well maintained . The room was well equiped and delightful . We enjoyed a swim each day and a game of table tennis . The location is excellent being on the outskirts of Busselton but still close to all attractions - The facilities and standard of hotel far exceeded our expectation... o que as pessoas dizem » s. We decided spur of the moment to head to Busselton for a break and found the Sebel not knowing anything about the place by booking online. Turned out to be a quality experience.

  Great for the kids, away from town and close to beach. Forgot to come in and mention that the toilet in our apartment (I think we were in 82) had a bit of a leak and the taps were too hard for the kids aged 6 & 9 to turn on in the bathroom and kitchen, a little bit of a pain having to turn them on for them all the time but no biggy!! We were return visitors. ;o) - I found the receptionist on arrival very negative and did not explain the credit card imprint until I asked the question. Gave me map but didn't explain very clearly..took 5 minutes outside in cold weather to orientate myself as it was dark too. On the other hand the receptionist I had in the morning on check-out was very helpful and positive.

  Loved the friendly staff, the two ladies who were on reception when we checked in were so funny and nice, they provided excellent service and made us feel right at home! The indoor pool and spa with the lit up lights, and bar area is absolutely stunning! Kudos to the cleaning staff who had everything sparkling and immaculate. We shall be making reservations again over the summertime, we en - I really like the design of the hotel, with the indoor pool and the spa being in the centre. Its quite unique and different. The restaurant was lovely and affordable. Also the service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and polite. I would definitely return to atrium hotel if i got the chance.   I loved the service we got from Clinton the man that did the buffet breakfast on Sunday morning. He was extremely pleasant and a asset to your hotel. He made us feel welcome and that we were important. We noticed he was rushed off his feet so we took it upon ourselves to clear some tables for him which was our privilage.
