The staff were exceptional, the rooms were amazing and the bed was extremely comfortable. Even walking into the reception and smelling the beautiful scent of the burning candles was such a lovely experience. I ended up staying for 2 nights as I had scored a free night through the overstay program! Best Idea!!! -

definite benefit although a bit erratic at times. Good location for
getting into the city as tram just around the corner at Highett.

Absolutely everything. From the moment we pulled outside of the Hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful. There is not one thing that we could complain about. This is the first time that we have stayed at the Langham (we normally stay at the Grand Hyatt) but this Hotel was even more perfect. -

The location was fantastic for exploring Melbourne - close to all the restaurants, cafes and shops. The hotel pool was beautiful and I really enjoyed swimming there during my stay. Our stay was fabulous. The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable. The breaky was lovely and free.. The food at the restaurant was delicious and very reasonable in price. It's close to all the shops and restaurants of which there are many in this fabulous town. A lovely stay. Thank you so much. Location ! Location ! Trams city tour tram airport bus etc at your door step also Casino all water fronts . Staff are so obliging and friendly. Very helpful . Give them full marks . Can't nor not possible are just not part of their vocalabury. The sirocco restaurant is also excellent . Have eaten all arou d the city we found the most pleasant on our door . Breakfast excellent . After a long international flight the Mantra was amazing. We arrived late at night so only spent about 7 hours at the hotel. But we ha the best sleep. Just what we need prior to an early morning flight. We didn't know how to get the bus to the hotel however it was only a $11 cab ride. We got the shuttle back to the airport the next morning. 24 roo

Having found a reasonable rate on Booking, I expected something fairly basic, and this pleasantly exceeded my expectations.
