  this hotel was in a great location, close enough to walk to city centre, yet far enough away from city noise. Very clean rooms. Receptionist kindly gave us a key to put our bags in room and freshen up even though our room was not quite ready. - The breakfasts were excellent.   I found them supportive, informative, flexible and willing to go that extra mile to help out. I also found the food in the restaurant of an unusually high standard and a perfect and warming way to end my day after intense and pressured days to achieve things necessary to set up my new life in Tasmania before I was due to return to the mainland. Th... o que as pessoas dizem » ey helped me find local supermarkets, white goods stores, furniture etc. They were friendly and fun. - The room I was allotted was a pleasant surprise in that it was spacious, recently updated, tidy, clean and had a flat panel TV / DVD and all the usual appliances. The hot water was nearly instant. There was a separate area for relaxing / having breakfast. The poached eggs & bacon I had was better that most an very well presented. Parking was not a problem. I'm told by locals that the onsight restaurant is well regarded.

  We stayed in a Chalet/cabin. Older style but very neat,clean. Spacious & self contained. Bed was comfortable with clean & fresh linen. We had to change our reservation dates at very short notice & the Manager Ray was understanding & helpful. The complex is opposite a lovely beach which is great place for a walk. - Being there for ... o que as pessoas dizem » work, it was nice to escape at the end of the day to a bush setting with chooks next door, no noisey neighbours, far enough from the busy highway and be able to open windows and allow a sea breeze to blow through rather than traffic fumes.
