  Hotel is in a central position, staff were welcoming and friendly from check in. Food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Rooms whilst on the small side are simply decorated, all the essentials of bar fridge, tea & coffee included, plus a microwave oven. Property has a pool on top level, which we hope to use next visit.......excel... o que as pessoas dizem » lent value! - I had a very comfortable suite, plenty of space, big bed with good mattress, fine cotton bedlinen; the bathroom was unusually large with walk-in shower. Real coffee with plunger in the kitchen area was a nice touch. Very helpful staff showed me the quick way to Central so I didn't have to cope with the hills from the city centre.

  I stayed here with my boyfriend for our anniversary and it was absolutely perfect! The rooms are very clean and well presented with everything you need. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. They made our weekend away very special. This hotel has all the facilities you could want plus more. The higher rooms have amazing views of the ocean ... o que as pessoas dizem » and the restaurants food is of high quality. Definitely going to come back :) - Amazing stay! During our 6 week trip to Australia we stayed here on 3 separate occasions and each time we couldnt fault the service. The staff were superb, Layla, Kim and Marcus. Each time we returned there was a bottle of wine and chocs waiting in the room to welcome us back and the rooms/apartments were of a very high standard. I would definitely recommend staying here if you visit the Gold Coast.

  I like the fact that they put us up in a room with the view of the beach and the room was very clean and organised. The facilities and utensils are well kept and clean. The spa was gorgeous. It was a lovely room and the staff were very friendly and professional. - The view from our room was amazing.   The hotel was just beside the Duty Free Outlets and there was a woolworths supermarket that was open 24 hours. Very convenient for our family as we have just returned the car and there was nothing much we can do. The hotel staff was very courteous and check-in was allowed even before the official check in-time. I was expecting to pay for an addi... o que as pessoas dizem » tional bed as we have 2 adults and 2 children but there was 2 double beds in the room and they even opened up the sofa bed for us! So it was a pleasa - We ate at your restaurant and was amazed at the high quality of the food, the presentation and especially the professional and friendly service given by all the staff in there. We only had to wait 10 minutes for a table as we hadn't booked but were given bread to eat for the 'inconvenience'. We'll definately stay again when needing to be near the airport. Gold stars to you all.

We could leave the car in secure car park and walk to the shops. Ideal.
