The location right next to the beach and with access straight on to the main street of Caloundra is excellent. Norm and his staff treated you just like family could not do enough to accommodate us. Loved the horses was one of the reasons we went to get more confident on them and Susan river is unique as you get a lot of freedom to be with the horse unlike other trails where horses just follow each other in one line and don't divert. -

The Lodge is perfectly located. Very quiet at night, consequently a good night sleep. The Restaurant is excellent. Close to the shopping strip and being in a Lovely Country Town. -

The staff were friendly and gave a full tour/explanation of the facilities and took us to our room on arrival. Food and drink available to order by the pool which made for a great relaxing stay. Awesome breakfast included. Love the no under 16yo rule and will be back.
