great stay. -
I liked the fact that it was situated near the city attractions but not
too close, hence not too noisy. The tram stop was just by the hotel or
we could walk downtown in less than 15 minutes. There was a small
supermarket right next door. We were on 10th floor and had the views
without the traffic noise. The staff were nice and helpful and the
apartment was roomy, comfortable and tastefully decorated.

The staff were fantastic, they couldn't do enough for you. The
room was spacious and very well appointed. They location would be
great if you had plans at one of the sporting venues and although you
were 2 blocks from the North/South tram routes, there were
East/West trams running one street either side of the hotel.

Amazing staff, especially concierge who always greeted us warmly and helped us with our twins. Very accommodating and sympathetic to our needs for our 6 month old babies. Well furnished rooms/suites for amazing value. Best location - just around the corner from flinders lane where lots of good restaurants / cafes located. One of the best experiences I've had at a hotel - particularly for the price we paid!

clean, comfortable and spacious. The hotel is close to Casino and night
life, within 10 minutes by walking. They provided discount parking ($10
per entry or per day) in a nearby car park. Staying there again could

Very friendly,informative staff. We were served by Lisa on arrival & departure,Great!!! Our room was clean and very comfortable. Great central location with great access to trams and short walk to the central City. Pool and gym area are a hidden treasure!! Breakfast was basic but enjoyable. My girls loved the pancake machine!! Thanks Oaks on Market for making our stay memorable!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We loved the River View room, and were delighted with the views.

The rooms were great size, clean and very comfortable. We were very impressed by the staff, they were friendly and made us feel welcome. They were also helpful in seeking information about road blocks, booking another room for the night and made us feel at ease when we could not get home due to the fires. A group of friends had a great stay in a spacious 3 bedroom penthouse apartment. An upgrade I could get used to!!
Found the location to be very central with leisurely walk to many attractions and trams.

This was our second stay at the Grand Hotel Melbourne and we were warmly greeted upon arrival. The staff are always very friendly and eager to help were possible. All the rooms are very spacious and clean with the most amazingly comfortable beds. We were also touched that the staff had given us a complimentary bottle of champagne upon arrival! -
