  I feel like I'm staying in a living museum when I'm at The Hotel Windsor. That's what I love most, as an anthropologist. I love the spaciousness of the rooms. I love the pillow menu - what a treat! The harpist is a wonderful treat :) The staff are very professional and courteous without being insincere or obsequious - that's a rare skill and grea... o que as pessoas dizem » tly appreciated. - Room service meal was soooooo tasty and everyone was lovely there. I liked the fact that they had a system in place that allowed guests to use the same towels if they wanted to in order to save water which is great. What I would have also liked to see is a recycle bin in our room so we can put our aluminium, paper, cardboard, plastic and glass.

  The rooms were great size, clean and very comfortable. We were very impressed by the staff, they were friendly and made us feel welcome. They were also helpful in seeking information about road blocks, booking another room for the night and made us feel at ease when we could not get home due to the fires.
