  Fantastic spot, close to everything, 2min walk to shopping centre. Ideal location for a wedding. We planned to stay one night and extended to two. Nice BBQ area next to swimming pool. View is amazing. We also used the hotel restaurant one night and the service was good. Port Macquarie is a charming town. The staff are very friendly, the rooms large and well appointed, the restaurant very good and the grounds very well kept. Obviously a well managed property.   We were returning to Aston after a really good experience the first time on our visit to Australia. It offers all the comforts and quietness we like and is only a short distance from the centre of Port Macquarie. It is and excellent stop off place from our travels and we are always guaranteed a good nights sleep in very pleasant surroundings. We were put in a bigger room to accommodate the fact that we had a toddler with us. The room was beautifully appointed, very comfortable, excellent Wifi, and the motel is in a quiet location. Hotel offers a lot of extras, like free bike hires, gourmet coffee upon check-in, shuttle service, and ability to charge meals to the hotel from a selected list of local restaurants.
