All staff encountered were very good and when repair work had to be done it was done promptly with no intrusion.   We stayed in a 2 bedroom single level apartment in the Mermaid wing and it was so handy, and walked straight out to the pool area. Throughly recommend it. We had friends staying at the same time in a loft apartment and they wish they had of booked one like ours.   My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was beautifully decorated and the layout of the rooms was nice. We loved sitting out on the balconies' at night relaxing and listening to the local wildlife. Donna and Rick were a pleasure to deal with, very friendly and helpful.   On arrival we found that the fully renovated penthouse apartments were overbooked but we were offered a partly refurbished penthouse suite with a complimentary bottle of wine and breakfast for two at Aromas as compensation - more than adequate as far a we were concerned. The room was lovely and view from the roof-top spa perfect. Staff were very helpful Location is excellent, a nice stroll to Hastings Street and the beach or go the other way down the hill to some more laid back dining options.
