They responded to our requests promptly. Position, close to public transport, CBD, fabulous restaurants in walking distance from apartment. Had every thing we needed in the apartment and was very comfortable and clean, it was a pleasure to be there. The apartment was very modern and spacious.

  Stayed at the Docklands Quest while in Melbourne to watch the AFL at Eitihad stadium, which is right next door. So location was fantastic, rooms were very modern & comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.   We stayed for 2 nights & the customer service at reception was incredible. Stephanie was very welcoming & friendly. She not only accommodated all of our needs but went above and beyond the call of duty & helped make our experience at Quest very memorable!
