Found the staff very friendly & very helpful. Staff were very understanding of our situation with the operation & helped out with everything we asked. Our house cleaner went above & beyond as she knew Tim had surgery- every morning as we went for his rehab she dropped everything & did our room when we were out. Rooms were neat and facilities were good like the common kitchen and Wi-Fi. TV, Iron Box, Kettle, Coffee / Tea Sachets and fridge was available. The hotel was secured with a secured lock in the front. The location and Transport access is aver big plus point. I have seen other backpackers or hotels nearby but this hotel really stands out to be classy for the money spent.

You woul - This is a small and cozy hostel - more like someone's house actually - the owners are Colombian and it has the feel of a small Latin American backpackers, which for me was a pleasant association, having backpacked through South and Central America. Our clean twin room had tiled ensuite, fridge, TV & aircon. We just had to walk down through a park (tennis courts & pool) & were at Central Stn, the hub for all transport. Although it was on a major road our room was pretty quiet. Staff organised shuttle to the airport which was $12 door to door whereas train to / from Central $15! Excellent pub & other eateries nearby.
